Dinner is not included. Western style breakfast is served at UTSUROI Cafe.
 
Treat yourself for all the hard work you’ve been doing. Enjoy a relaxing solo trip while soaking in the hot springs.
Our hotel is conveniently located for exploring Kinosaki’s famous public baths and strolling around town.
There are also many delicious restaurants nearby, so feel free to ask for recommendations.


Breakfast is served in the open café space located on the first floor of UTSUROI across the street.
Please choose your 【preferred drink】 along with either【buttered toast】 or 【French toast】!
We offer a selection of approximately 20 types of beverages, including the director's specialty: freshly roasted coffee, tea, and soft drinks.

You will receive a "Yumepa" pass, which grants you access to all six public baths in Kinosaki Onsen for free during your stay. 
Yumepa validity: From check-in until 1:00 PM the following day.
 
[2] Free Use of Two Private Hot Spring Baths – No Reservation Required
Simply flip the sign at the entrance to indicate that the bath is in use.
○ Available hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM / 3:00 PM – 10:30 PM
 
[3] For guests using JR or highway buses
 We will deliver your luggage to the Tourist Information Center near the station for free after check-out.
 
[4] For guests arriving by car
 Parking is available until 12:00 PM on the day of check-out.

・Our ryokan does not have elevators. Guest rooms are located on the 2nd and 3rd floors.
 
・We cannot accommodate children under the age of 12.
 
・Please note that the latest check-in time for this plan is 7:00 PM. If you arrive after 6:00 PM, we will prepare your bedding in advance. Check-out is at 10:00 AM.
 
 
〇 For Guests Arriving by Car
We offer free parking in front of the ryokan. Reservations are not required, and there is ample space available.

Tax etc Toyooka City Bathing Tax/Bathing Fees

This is a tax levied on bathing guests. It is a special purpose tax to cover the expenses required for tourism promotion; protect and manage facilities for mineral spring sources and firefighting facilities. The mineral spring bathhouse owner becomes responsible to collects it from the bathing guests.

Bathing tax
All wards： Adults 150 yen； Children are tax exempt.

Bathing fee
Yushima Ward: Adults 280 yen; Children 140 yen.
Out of the ward: Adult 300 yen; Child 150 yen.
Cancellation Policy The cancellation fee is as follows.
Unauthorized cancellation : All nights 100% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation after 0:00 on the day : 100% of all night accommodation charge
Cancellation 3 days before 0:00 : 50% of all night accommodation charge
Internet cancellation Cancellations are taken 11:00 pm on the day
